Attorney Penny Nasios has been practicing law since 1994 in the greater Brockton area. She began her practice as a solo practitioner, then as a partner in the firm of Nasios & Galloway, LLP between 2003-2013, and between 2013-2017 as the lead Attorney in Nasios & Associates, LLC. In January 2018 she merged her practice with Attorney Mason to create Mason & Nasios, LLP.

Attorney Nasios is a member of the Plymouth County Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, Family Law Section, and Juvenile Bar Association.

Plymouth County family lawyer Deborah A. Mason was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1988, and has nearly 30 years of experience providing outstanding legal services in Massachusetts. She worked for the Department of Children and Families (DCF) from 2007 until 2013.

Prior to her position at the DCF, Attorney Mason owned and operated her own law firm for 18 years in Southeastern Massachusetts where she focused primarily on Divorce, Family Law, and Criminal Law. She opened the Law Office of Deborah Mason in 2013, before merging her practice with Attorney Nasios to form Mason & Nasios, LLP. Plymouth County family law attorneys Deborah Mason and Penny Nasios have been working together since January 2018.

Emily C. Joyce graduated from Simmons College in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and received her Juris Doctor from New England Law Boston in 2015; she was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in November 2015. Attorney Joyce practiced family law as an associate at Thomas V. Orlandi, P.C. for two years.

Previous to that, she worked as a law clerk for both Jennifer J. DiGregorio, Attorney and Mediator, and for Whole Family Law and Mediation. Additionally, she has been a past volunteer at A New Day, helping to provide crisis counseling and advocacy services to individuals impacted by sexual and/or relationship violence.  Attorney Joyce has adeptly handled a range of cases dealing with family law, from divorce, child support and alimony issues to modification and contempt actions.

She has further helped clients with criminal matters, estate planning and probate administration. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association and Plymouth County Bar Association.
